For a long time I didn’t have a healthy relationship to my SELF.
In fact, we (me and me) were barely on speaking terms. When we did talk (me to my SELF) I wasn’t kind.
Last year I decided to change the way I was relating to my SELF. I decided to become kinder, more attentive, less critical. As as result, I became exponentially happier (as did those around me).
This site is about this transformation.
It’s a tool to help me to continue cultivating a more harmonious relationship to my SELF, and it’s an offering to those who similarly struggle with relentless SELF-criticism.
My hope is that my words will not only help to loosen the love in me, but also in you.
